Profile

Richard graduated from the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava.

During his studies, he gained experience at HKV law firm, where he worked on commercial law matters and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He also helped draft agreements for transfers of shares and ownership interests.

After graduating, he joined the team at Poláček & Partners. He focuses primarily on corporate law, M&A, energy, cybersecurity and information technology. He is also interested in the use of artificial intelligence tools in legal practice.

He speaks English. In his free time, he enjoys travelling, sport and a good film.
