Profile

Štefan studied law at Comenius University in Bratislava. During that time, he also worked for Allen & Overy in Bratislava and participated in several international legal competitions in the field of international commercial arbitration (Düsseldorf, Hannover, Vienna).

After completing his studies, he joined EY, where he worked for seven years on many complex global and local projects, including M&A, structural changes in corporate groups, due diligence, consulting in the areas of intellectual property law and labour law.

Štefan also took part in international training in the Netherlands focused on M&A and commercial law.

He is fluent in English, and when he is not working, he devotes his time to family, music and freediving.
