Profile

Jana studied law at Comenius University in Bratislava. After completing her studies, she worked in public administration, followed by stints at Braun Partners and HKV, where she provided advice primarily in the fields of corporate, labour and pharmaceutical law.

At Poláček & Partners, she mainly works in the fields of labour law, corporate law as well as real estate and construction.

Jana occasionally publishes professional articles and cooperates with the World Bank in the preparation of an annual study dealing with the position of women and their economic opportunities in relation to the relevant legislation in individual countries of the world.

She is fluent in English, and in her spare time likes to read, watch TV series, put together legos and puzzles, play board and strategy games, travel and further her education.
