Profile
Jakub studied law at Šafárik University in Košice where he completed his doctoral studies focused on construction contracts and FIDIC terms and conditions.
At Poláček & Partners he is an expert in real estate and construction, commercial law and M&A, litigation and public procurement. Jakub is also the author of professional publications focusing on risk allocation in the process of concluding a contract or resolving a dispute.
He speaks English and Polish and likes travelling, skiing, cycling, as well as good books and movies.
