JURAJ ONDREJKA BECAME A NEW PARTNER AT POLÁČEK & PARTNERS

As of 1 November 2022, the previous energy expert, attorney Juraj Ondrejka became a new partner at the law firm Poláček & Partners. He has been working at the law firm since 2016.

Juraj Ondrejka will assume joint responsibility for the management of the law firm and its development together with Pavol Poláček and Jozef Hudák, he will also cover solutions for several energy projects and transactions. His specialization also includes standard-setting. Juraj participated in the legislative amendments of the institute of the local resource, as well as in the legislative amendment of the termination of support from the beginning of 2020 and in the legislative amendment of the tariff structure for charging stations. He also participated in a key transaction in the heating industry.

Juraj Ondrejka studied law at the University of Pavol Jozef Šafárik in Košice. In 2016, he passed a rigorous exam and defended a rigorous thesis on the topic "Probability of trademark confusion". Before joining Poláček & Partners, he worked for several years at the Vojčík & Partners law firm, where he gained extensive experience in the field of commercial law, intellectual property law and trademarks. In the field of energy, Juraj has also carried out extensive publishing activities. He regularly participates in the preparation of articles for professional periodicals and also speaks at energy conferences. He speaks English and enjoys mountain biking in his spare time. He and his wife are raising two children in Bratislava.
